We would like to kindly remind all those interested in the Bayreuth Festival that until 31 October 2019 there is still the possibility to order your tickets for 2020 via our website.

If you are missing your paper order form because you may not have received it, or if you received your order form very late this year and the deadline for returning it (16 October 2019) has now expired – please contact our ticket office (e-mail: ticket@bayreuther-festspiele.de; telephone +49 921 78 78 780, Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.). Certainly we can help you, because the processing of the received orders has not started yet.

But if you don’t want to take the trouble to fill out the order form and pay the postage for the letter and the handling fee of 6,00 Euro, you can simply order your festival tickets online. Click on the “My Festival” button at the top right of our website.

If you have already ordered tickets once or several times in previous years, you are “registered” with us, so you do not have to “re-register”, but can ” login” immediately. If, on the other hand, you are ordering for the first time, we need some information from you before your order in order to be able to serve you now and in the future.

The process is very simple: As a registered user, you first enter either your customer number or your e-mail address (both can be seen on the paper order form). Then enter your password. As usual with passwords, only you know it! If you have forgotten your password, you can easily create a new one by clicking on “Forgot your password?”

Please take a little time with your order and read the “Notes” and further explanations thoroughly. This will help you to avoid uncertainties, mistakes and finally any trouble. You will find all the useful and necessary information on our website under TICKETS & SERVICE as well as under “My Festival”.

If, despite all your efforts and accuracy, you have seemingly insurmountable (technical) difficulties with your order, you do not have to despair or fail: write a short e-mail to ticket@bayreuther-festspiele.de, describe your problem – you will be reliably helped.

By the way, the chances for every customer are basically the same, whether he orders traditionally by paper order form or online.
