For the creation of a customer account through registration and verification, which are requirements for online instant purchase, it is mandatory to provide a valid postal address, verified email address and phone number. Registration and verification of a new customer account is also possible during the instant purchase, but from 29.05. at 13:00 only after passing through the queue. The queue will be unlocked on 29.05. 14:00 at the start of the sale. We recommend that you register and verify a new customer account early.
Tickets of only one price category can be ordered for each of the performances. Regardless of the number of online purchases made by a purchaser, up to 12 tickets can be purchased in total, up to 4 tickets per performed work, and up to 2 tickets in the gallery (G1 to G4). The performances of the tetralogy Der Ring des Nibelungen, consisting of the individual works Das Rheingold, Die Walküre, Siegfried and Götterdämmerung, can only be ordered as a complete cycle and are considered one ticket/one work when purchased.
Invoices will only be provided electronically; there will be no transmission of the invoice in paper form. After successful completion of the payment process, invoices are available for viewing, downloading and printing in the purchaser’s personal log-in area (“Meine Festspiele”) at www.bayreuther-festspiele.de. The purchaser will be informed of the availability of the invoice by e-mail.

Online instant purchase tickets must be presented in paper form at the entrance.
